To support a shift in how J.P. Morgan advisors engage both prospects and existing affluent clients, we created a digital pitchbook that positions them as the primary point of contact—independent from the traditional Chase Private Client banker. As advisors transitioned into dedicated office roles, they needed a polished, easy-to-use tool to introduce their services, build trust, and deepen relationships. Designed in alignment with the JPMWM brand, the piece helps advisors confidently communicate their value and expertise.
